Spouse and Partner Life Cover pays a lump sum to an employee, covered under group life, if his or her spouse or partner dies. For employees with children or other dependants, this is equally as important as Group Life Cover.

This is an optional cover available to employees who have Group Life Cover with us under their employer's occupational scheme. It can be paid for by either employer or employee. Definitions of partner can include anyone living with the employee, who shares a joint loan, mortgage or other personal debt, or who is jointly responsible for children with the employee and can include same sex partners.
